over all the service is good, just having a hard time to contact the hotel when I need assistance for invoice due to visa application

Friendly hotel staff and easy to help, clean rooms, strategic location.

The staff is nice and friendly, the hotel is clean, the food is delicious, the room is very spacious, the gym equipment is complete because most importantly there is my favorite Smith machine, there is a pool too. It's really cool, especially the view from room 826. Steady and recommended.

This hotel is perfect for couples and solo travelers, the only problem I had was that I requested for an early check in because my flight was arriving 12am and the male receptionist I met the morning I arrived was rude and almost shouting when telling me that they didn’t accept my early check in, I had to book and go to another hotel that night to return by 2pm. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean, the Filipino female receptionist I met when I returned was really kind and pleasant; I may not return here but the hotel was satisfying, clean and beautiful

The rooms are spacious and cool but unfortunately don't have a view.

From the front line to the room it was less pleasant, the unfriendly receptionist could have a suit room where the hot water didn't work
