Everything was perfect! My apartment was very nice with fabulous ocean view. Staff is perfect, especially Ahmad at reception desk. We will come back here again definitely! Looking forward to see you soon.

This is the second time I have stayed here, I stayed before a few months ago and when I checked-in Katarin recognised me from before. This was especially surprising as I understand they go through lots of guests through the year. Katarin was really helpful, warm, kind and courteous throughout my stay. It was amazing, Location, Comfort big rooms, Cleanness, Services, Staff specially receptionists and the manager / Mena at the time of check in.

Only the reception team were really great and helpful all the time. Managers, Supervisors and General Manager don’t care about Guest satisfaction.

rooms are too small, it was written ocean view but no view at all, even with the half board we have to pay for the water and the buffet is very poor.

they let us check in early or also late check out so that was great

So from the pictures online we really had our hopes up about this place but it really ended up being a sad and unfortunately terrible stay. The property felt like an 80s apartment building our 2 king bed room was actually two separated disjointed rooms that were at best grimey and poorly finished. The worst thing was the staff and hotel admin, we had the unlucky event of a travel delay and despite hours of wasted time on a phone and online trying to sort things out the hotels customer service was lacking and so disappointing, they blatantly charged us for a night that we did not stay and had no interest in extending us another night to make up for the one that of no fault of our own we had missed. I’d definitely never book with them again and much rather stay with a larger and known ‘real’ hotel chain.

Great hotel, excellent breakfast and good sea view

Hotel is luxurious, rooms are updated, staff regularly cleaned room, and everyone was friendly. Pools are nice, hotel has private beach, and their is poolside bar. World Cup matches are also screened outside by the beach.

Yeah we had a really good stay. The room was a great size, the pool area was nice and the staff were wonderful. We would definitely go back.
