We checked in late, the property still accommodated us. We hoped to be able to check out later at noon, CSR wanted to charge an extra $25. We don't agree that was applicable. We had to wait for our family members to meet up with us outside in the cold for an hour.
Room was dull and empty, there is so much space without any furniture, everything echoed throughput. shower was very impractical, no shelves or counter space.

The room appeared newly updated. Shower with good water pressure and mattress did not cause back pain. Yeah! It wasn’t cold enough to use the heat, but I wish there was another blanket or heavier comforter on the bed. No coffee maker in the room, realized after finding a coffee shop that they provided it at the front desk. Overall, pleasantly surprised!
