Wonderful room, location, and manager. Super clean and convenient! Look forward to staying there again next time in Pismo beach!

The room was so cozy, and the manager was super friendly. We will definitely be staying there again.

This visit was perfect for us. Johnny was a fantastic host and the room was lovely. There was parking and the pier was right there. Best travel experience I have had in awhile. We will be back!

Johnny was really great anything we needed available right away he made sure are parking was available people visiting pismo would try to park in the inn’s parking which Johnny made sure to stop he truly cares about every guest and lets you check in as early as 8am definitely coming back thank you :)

Johnny was amazing! He was so nice and made checking in so easy. He made sure we had everything we needed at all times and was just overall great! We would definitely stay here again.

Incredibly clean, comfortable, well-stocked and convenient location! Only downside was the noise at night on the weekend but that is to be expected given the location in the heart of downtown. Highly recommend!!

Great little spot only about a 5 minute walk from pismo pier and close to multiple restaurants and shops. John checked us in and personally took us to the room and gave us a very well and detailed rundown of the room. Room was very nice as well and spacious we loved it. It felt like nearly everything was within walking distance here. The parking is a little tight but it’s definitely doable and there was always a guaranteed space for us. Just have to have a bit of patience and take it slow and it’s not that bad. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place and an amazing host. Perfect location and the rooms look recently remodeled. But it really was the host, Johnny, that made our stay so memorable.

Johnny was a great host,rooms were very nice and up to date. The hotel is in a great part of town and everything is in walking distance. Would not hesitate to return to this property. Had a great couple of days.

This is a great little inn right by the beach. Easy to walk to downtown and nearby restaurants. The rooms are nice and cozy. Also the hotel manager Johnny is the coolest dude you’ll meet. Very professional and friendly. Will be staying here again.

Great location (very walkable to beach, dining and pier), relatively spacious and comfortable accommodation with plenty of amenities and attentive service.

My girlfriend and I love the personal touches within the property. This is not a normal hotel. The rooms were very clean, the mattress was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the location, close to the pier. Johnny, who was our host, was phenomenal. My girlfriend left some clothes in the room and he was nice enough to ship them to us and would not take any reimbursement for postage. When we return Johnny, we owe you a pizza!
