My sister and I spent our birthday there and it was amazing! The hotel staff was highly considered and helpful. There was absolutely not a single thing to complain about! The spa is next level. Don’t miss to have brunch at Sadelle‘s - it was incredible. A birthday we won’t forget.

property is a little outdated compared to other locations, but still very nice. I enjoyed my stay, but they could use a big upgrade.

Very disappointed that I could not make coffee in my room. Prices were ridiculously high…$6.50 for a cup of coffee that I can usually make in my room at all the other resorts we stayed in was irritating. We get up very early and do not want to have to get dressed, wander around the smoky Casino to find a $6.50 cup of coffee. Also, the towels felt like sandpaper. Other than that, your hotel and grounds are beautiful, far above the others around you!

The old adage is the last encounter as exiting any business is the most important in in forming a lasting impression, good or bad.
Check-in, room cleanliness, housekeeping services, staff assistance, venues, shows, shopping, restaurants, access to nearby businesses, etc. are all top notch.
The check-out ... quite another story.
1. Not available on the app
2. The app chat feature sent a dead URL
3. In-room television menu produced an error
4. No answer on the phone at reception
5. Key card envelope instructions include a broken website
6. Stood in line and watched a front desk clerk "getting ready to work" for 15 minutes as more and more people joined the que. She made no attempt to call for assistance or to move along.
Finally in frustration, I jumped the line and left my key cards and envelope on the desk and rushed to catch my taxi to the airport.
In summary, my last impression left a foul taste in my mouth after an otherwise excellent experience. The Cirque du Solet production of "O" is incredible.

Upon our arrival we had dirty sheets and the toilet paper roll was wet and dirty. We payed for a fountain view but with the issues and the service of the room the hotel moved our room to a lower level without the view we paid for for our 10 year anniversary. Other than the beginning of the trip everything else was ok.

Beautiful property, but don’t expect any extras for staying at the hotel. Check in required standing in line for 20 mins. No map or anyone outside to ask about parking options. Breakfast pastries at the bakery were stale. Room was nice, but definitely won’t stay here again.

Front desk Staff weren’t as receptive. We were given a smoking room despite reserving non smoking room the first night. That room was not clean. (Bed not made, bathroom towels were used and garbage bin full) we were moved to another smoking room after we complained. Next day, we had to go back to front desk and ask for a non-smoking room and finally we were moved to non smoking room late in the afternoon.
