Grateful we could find a room with a king and sofa bed to sleep 4 when unexpectedly needing to stay the night in Concord NH.
Extremely helpful and kind service from Robi who helped us get settled and provided an extra blanket for the kids.

The free breakfast was delicious and varied. The heated pool actually was warm not huge but easy to enter even after a spell in the hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable. It offered a decent size fridge and microwave with an extra sink and counter space to prep some food. The employees were friendly and helpful. I would go there again given an opportunity.
The only drawback was we came before a winter storm and the parking lot was quite messy and icy from the last storm still, and when the plow came through the snow ended up blocking in many cars but we did leave before the storm ended.

Warm pool and hot tub. Nice meeting room and staff was helpful and accommodating. Room was clean. Layout a little bizarre with the sink and fridge near a bed.

When we arrived we were offered an upgrade to a suit at no extra charge which was nice with it being 3 adults and 1 child. Location was pretty good. Breakfast was good typical hotel breakfast. I only gave it a 3 because the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the shower curtain was staines at the bottom and had the beginnings of mold from the moisture and the way it was tucked up into the shower. The couch in the suite was very rough material and uncomfortable. It was very obvious that this hotel has a lot of long term room rentals as there was garbage bags outside of the majority of the rooms on the floor we stayed on a long with take out packaging. It was definitely not worth the price paid. I would stay again in a pinch but would not choose as a stay on a planned trip.

I booked a suite so we could stay together and still have privacy. Unfortunately the bathroom and kitchen area were in the private bedroom. Terrible mattresses on beds and pullout. Complicated, almost unusable TV. The most I've ever paid for a terrible night's sleep. That sais, staff were helpful and friendly. The location was good. Full hot breakfast.

It was a good stay... I just did not get much sleep the two nights there. The bed was super firm and my back was so sore the next morning from it. I slept on the couch the next night.. but not long due to it not being wide enough to fully stretch my legs out... Food was good ..

The hotel was great overall. The room was as expected. They were even able to provide a cot for a 5th person. Front desk staff was very friendly. Pool/hot tub were nice to soak in after skiing. Really my only complaint is about the parking lot. It snowed quote a bit in the evening and by the morning, the driving part of the lot around the hotel still hadn't been plowed. I had to dig out a spot to park in at night and then had to dig out the area behind it to be able to get out in the morning.

Horrible experience. I booked the hotel because they say they are let friendly. When I called with my golden retriever to confirm my reservation I was told they can’t take my dog anymore…. They “ran out of room..”.
