Lots of options nearby. Clearly is a redone motel. Found bugs in bed alive and dead immediately left. But is a good walkable spot otherwise if that doesn’t matter to you

The location was perfect, the pool was closed for the first two days of our stay for maintenance and the staff couldn’t care when it would reopen. The two reasons I booked there was the location and pool. But otherwise I very positive experience

The pool was out of service for the whole time we stayed. And that was one of the things we picked the hotel.
Breakfast are a grab bag! Banana muffin breakfast bar and a bottle of water. We where charged $25.00 each night for our car to stay there.
The Location was great but not worth the money......

I loved everything about this property including the staff and location to the beautiful view, the pool, the gorgeous rooms and nice furniture, easy parking, and walkability to so many adorable places. And the price was amazing. I really, really hope to visit St. Augustine again, and when I do, I will make a point of reserving a room here.

We stayed for one night for my girlfriend's birthday. The air conditioning was phenomenal probably the best air conditioning I've ever had in any hotel room I've ever stayed in. The room was nice but not the best.

The desk clerks were average, not real friendly. We needed something in the evening and called and she almost seemed annoyed. The pool was very nice, warm temperature we didn’t get to stay in only a couple minutes and there were bats flying very close to us. I know that is not something they can control was just very disappointing. Very convenient location to walk to almost all sights.

You are paying for the location and convenience of this location. They have a Valet to park the cars because it is a tight squeeze but they make it work. The rooms are small and awkward but we really just needed a place to sleep so it was fine. The trade off of convenience over space was worth it for us. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops from here. One perk was the upper patio overlooking the water. BYOB with some cheese and crackers and it makes for a nice place for a mini happy hour and some pictures before heading out for the night.
