Property was great! My room didn’t have towels but they brought some right up after I sent them a message. The bed and pillows were very comfy and there was a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker along with an iron and ironing board. Great stay and it even prompted me to sign up for BW rewards.

Cory who works at the front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Hotel is always clean and breakfast is good. Would recommend staying here to everyone.

The food was very good. The service/staff were excellent. Overall condition of the room was fair. The TV didn't work but after 2 technicians and approx. 40 min. I had TV service. However, the response to my call to the main desk was immediate and the outcome was satisfactory. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and the outside of the window as so dirty, I could hardly see out of it. Bedding was neat and clean. Rm. was tidy & clean.

It was an easy check in . Lots of parking. Room was comfortable with a view of the lake and the mountains. Pool was very nice around 80-82 degrees. There’s some green around the concrete border, but everything seemed clean. In site restaurants closed on Mon and Tues so we went down the road to the diner which was adequate. Shopping nearby and other places to eat. Free breakfast was nice and what was expected. Check out was easy as well. Rte 84 was right adding the corner very convenient.

Always a great stay with the grandkids, they love the pool,I love the outdoor area. Definitely not the last time I come,rooms are clean, breakfast is great,I really don't have anything negative to say.

Our room was dirty and had not been cleaned. The hotel charged us a $30 pet fee for a pet we do not have. We were also put in the "pet wing" and kept up by the sounds of dogs barking, etc. There was pet hair all over the floor of our room. I would never stay here again.
