Had a local convention hotel cancel my reservation due to flight cancellations. Booked here instead. Staff was very accommodating, and were even able to get me a room with a jetted tub for 2 extra nights, so I didn’t need to move rooms during my stay.

Everything was great here. My only thing was the parking being a few blocks away, but not bad. Will go again.

The facility was quiet so I really appreciate that because I enjoy my sleep. The staff was nice, but special shoutout to Ms. Tish. She is an exceptional staff member. She was very attentive, friendly, kind and provided great customer service. She’s worth the investment, promote her and give her a raise, she deserves that.

This is in a prime location. I don't spend time in hotel rooms so not having a window was just fine for me (makes it extra dark, which is a perk, but be forewarned). The line at reception can get ridiculous so plan ahead if you are in a rush (e.g., my hotel card got deactivated and it took 20 min and having to ask a bystander if there was another way to get help to enter my room!). Otherwise, a nice, small hotel that I would consider again

The hotel was conveniently located to everything in the area. Walking distance to bourbon and canal st. The hotel parking was $45 a night and a block from the hotel. Not worth the cost. The breakfast wasn’t the best.

The hotel was clean and in an excellent location. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The biggest problem I had was there was no internet for android phones. The internet was only accessible for iphones. The room was only cleaned when you asked for it..

Hate to say it, but if you’re sensitive mold be sure to check your room. Ours had water damage on the ceiling, but I couldn’t smell anything past the floor cleaner (floors were super sticky) so I thought I was ok. I’m super sensitive to mold, and am currently sick with a sinus infection because of it. I should have known better, and requested a different room. The jetted tub was nice while it lasted. Breakfast was a little sad.
