Black Swan - Sobro Nashville

exceeded my expectations. great location- a short walk to gulch and Broadway without being too loud and busy. bed was comfy, room was super quiet. our room (with living area/kitchen) was very very clean. 100% would recommend.

A great location and the staff seemed well organized. The room was clean, but in poor repair. There was no flooring, just stained concrete floor, wall panels were missing and baseboards/quarter round were not affixed properly and kept coming off with nails still attached making it dangerous to walk without shoes. The room across the hall had beautiful hardwood floors. Would have been nice if we'd been given a discount or even an apology for being given a room that is obviously under construction.

We liked that it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. We didnt like that we couldn't work the tv. We loved the room. Everyone we met there was so nice. Overall we had a great experience.

Nice location. Appreciated that parking was included. Some surfaces, like the nightstands, weren't clean when we arrived, but otherwise, it was a nice spot.

Safe, clean and comfortable place to stay within walking distance to Broadway. I liked how it was close to the action but peaceful and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The price was also reasonable compared to the other hotels just a little bit closer.

The only things i didn't care for were the comfort of the love seat and bed. I understand you need durability, but the live seat was extremely hard snd uncomfortable. One other thing was that having only apple tv wasn't really convenient. We didn't spend much time there other than the rainy day. It was overall a great place.

Definitely staying again

The location was perfect. Once we parked the car we walked everywhere. The TV was complicated and wouldn’t turn off, that was frustrating, but not a deal breaker.

Great location and nicely renovated building. Check in and exit was a breeze. Parking alone is worth $10-20.

Hotel is clean. Bed is comfortable. Full mini kitchen. Large, clean bathroom and shower. Sofa was meh but its nashville so you won't be sitting around much. Would stay again

Great location, close to Broadway, but yet just far enough away to have a little peace and quiet. There’s a grocery store a couple blocks away, which made it easier to be able to get the necessities. Very nice clean place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay… The location was fantastic and it was appointed very nicely! It made our Nashville visit a great success… We literally walked everywhere we wanted to go

Fairly worn out room. Safe was not working and labeled as our of order, drier was not working and labeled as out of order. The soda bed was wired shut (I assume also out of order) and the wire was exposed and cut my partners leg open when she sat down Was fairly clean with the exception of a mouldy shower curtain that was unpleasant. Wouldn't go back

Convenient location, very clean
