Boulder Dam Hotel

nice place and quiet ,

We stayed there after seeing the Hoover dam, so we weren’t there to shop, although, the area around the hotel was very walkable, and there were numerous shops, antique stores, and restaurants. We greatly enjoyed our stay there. The room was very clean, quiet, and wonderful!!

Well cared for historic rooms in a beauiful old hotel in historic boulder city, home of hoover dam. Plenty of good restaurants in town, a bar in bamt of hotel. Can dine outside on patio. A charming place in a chaRming nevada town..

Great place to stay. The staff was exceptional and very helpful. The front desk staff really made us feel special. Nice room and cool bar downstairs. Overall great experience!

Great place to stay when in Boulder City love this historical hotel

This hotel has some great historic significance and is very central in the historic district of Boulder City. It's a very charming area and a super spot to walk around. The staff was very helpful. The room I stayed in was clean and a throwback with a rotary phone. If you are looking for a more modern hotel this is not the spot for you. For those you appreciate the simplicity of the past.

This place is a unique opportunity if you intend to visit the Hoover Dam. The museum inside the hotel is fantastic and gives a great insight into the building of the dam. Add to that the sense of history you feel in the hotel but with modern facilities. The town is great with some nice local bars, places to eat and a wonderful supermarket selling take out food. The staff were super helpful. Don’t stay at one of the modern motels if you can stay here.

Lobby/hall areas had a sewage/septic smell

Very convenient location before or after a visit to Hoover Dam and surrounding activities. Multiple restaurants, including the restaurant in the hotel, only a few minutes away from your room. We enjoy staying in historic hotels and ignore the few inconveniences and quirks that you will encounter. This was the first time that we stayed in a hotel that also housed a museum, very interesting. The bed had a memory foam mattress that doesn't work for us, but I know other people enjoy their comfort.

From the charming lobby, to all the art deco details in the halls, and the decor in our incredible “Carole Lombard” suite, the hotel attends to all the details.

Staff was friendly and a great location. Its situated in the historic part of town and it's a very walkable.

Great location but small rooms.

The property for being old is well maintained and very comfortable. Its in a very quiet area and we felt safe and comfortable the moment we arrived. Our only issue was there was a private ceremony that was being held at the restaurant and the outdoor seating was below our window. The amount of talking and yelling children was a disturbance and the hotel should have told us about the gathering or addressed the noise level.

Nice historic hotel in the heart of Boulder City. Free parking and easy access to dam and/or Vegas and Lake Meade.

Wonderful historic hotel with a restaurant, museum, art and gift location. Great location, within walking distance to downtown Boulder City. They had live music in the evening when we were there. Rooms and hotel are very clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel.
