My experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were professional and welcoming. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary water and good toiletries. The hotel is in a perfect location—walking distance to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I highly recommend this place and would happily return on my next trip.

Kate at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. Leo who took our bags up to our room was knowledgable and friendly and gave some excellent recommendations for restaurants. Angelo at the pool was energetic and friendly. Overall, the hotel staff was amazing and will definitely be back soon!

The help was great the bell capitan was helpful in anything we needed we came from mich my daughter and her friend and they love staying here . We will be back in July see you then thanks for the great service housekeeping and front desk and mainly the bell capitan .

The room was clean and very comfortable, huge bathroom and the balcony had a wonderful ocean view.
Staff was very professional, food at the resort was very good especially their Italian restaurant Donna Mare that also had Happy Hour Specials that were a bargain!

Property is very well kept for the age. It could benefit a lot by adding staff and training the staff to be more responsive and respectful. Other than the nice girl that checked us in, most of the staff was rude and unhelpful. Perhaps they are overworked and need help but it was so bad we left one day early. Returned to the room at 4:30 and the room wasn’t cleaned. When we politely asked the cleaner down the hall when our room would be cleaned she replied with “not my room, I don’t know”. This was after waiting 90 minutes at the pool for someone to take our order, then making us prepay for the order before we received it.

Unfortunately this hotel does not offer shower rooms if you have a late flight and want to spend the day at the beach. They only have “changing rooms” which are equivalent to a changing room at a mall. Great hotel otherwise, but very inconvenient for those looking to make the most of their time.

Great location right by the beach. Staff were really nice and helpful, the cafe in the lobby area is excellent. The pizza from the restaurant is delicious The pool area is wonderful and Jerry was great. We had three ocean view rooms and one of them was covered by trees so u saw no ocean that was disappointing. The locks on the doors on the two rooms had to be fixed but it was done pretty quickly. My only suggestion would be in the bedrooms add a chest of drawers so that there is room for your clothes. For three of us sharing space was limited. Great for families, groups it’s not a party hotel like Fontaine Bleu.
