My initial Impressions were that it was very impressive I like the atmosphere and the location gives you a secluded vibe to it. I like that it was kid friendly and the water park was more than enough to keep us occupied for stay. My only gripe is that there is not enough options as far as restaurants. Also upon retriever my room I had encountered melted ice cream in my fridge and my freezer was leaking. As far contacting service via phone good luck. They do not answer the phone at all your best bet is to go downstairs to the customer service desk which can be an inconvenience depending on which floor you're staying. Other than that I would highly recommend this spot particularly to a family with kids as far as couples no I would not recommend.

Our room was not what we were expecting for the price we paid. Although it was extremely nice, very clean and quiet. The hotel was very nice and well maintained and staff was very friendly and nice. As stated above our room was just not what we were expecting

Liked the outdoor activities, mountain coaster, staff was really helpful and friendly.Didnt like the noisy air conditioning, that half of the slides were closed, limited dining options.

Horrible, charged my card 500 after I left without authorization never even contacted me first about smoking on the balcony I’ve been here 5 times and never had a problem before this was for my daughter 10th birthday, breakfast 110 dollars crazy

"Dogs in room OK" policy requires meticulous odor remediation that fails to satisfy those who know what dog odor smiles like. We had to change rooms, and when we did, turned on the TV to see a hotel advertisement with a dog jumping on a hotel bed! Really?

It was a good one time place to visit, but probably wouldn’t go back. Staff were friendly. Trails end was way overpriced for sub par food, water park was nice for what it was, but boring after a couple hours. Overall happy with the stay, just wouldn’t go back
