It was a very nice place my family and I felt comfortable staying here it was clean and convenient to airport and stadiums thanks to the maintenance man Lou for helping us when we needed with minor things

Close to Subaru Park, but a week before my arrival asked to downgrade my room because they were having problems with the room, but they had a large party. Im supposed to get a discount on Monday when the manager gets back eventhough was told a discount a week ago for the inconvenience, but was charhed full amoint.

I’ll start by sharing that the staff was great (other than the sleeping security guard at night). The rooms are spacious and nice. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t cleaned very well, as evidenced by the junk all over the wipes we wiped it down with. The hotel is a bit outdated, but the facilities weren’t bad. The area is extremely barren of any shops, restaurants, or even decent convenience stores. All in all, it was an ok stay.

The smell in the room was so strong. It hit you in the face when you walked in. At first I thought it was strong cleaning products, but I actually think it was bad mold/mildew in the sink. I smelled it worse when I was washing dishes.
