Loved my stay. Very clean, location perfect. Two negatives: 1. There are zero amenities (No bar, restaurant or pool.) 2. The walls are paper thin

Location is great. Beach towel and chairs included Umbrella rental is 16.45 with taxes and fees 5 min walk to the beach 10 min walk to Starbucks Street parking No elevators, but only 2 floors. Cozy and small rooms Shower is not fully enclosed Walls are paper thin Great price for our stay

Overall a nice room but that is it!! A bedroom. Location was good. Parking is an issue so be aware. It was clean and well kept. Little noisy as the walls are thin

Basically a AirBnB hotel. Great area!!!! Great beach access!!! Just an ok hotel.

Sheets and pillowcases were not changed. Hair that was not mine was all over the bathroom. Hotel smelled amazing.

We loved our stay here. Perfect location and only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The property is in a great location. It's cute and the personnel is kind and helpful. The room was a bit musty and the cleaning smell was really strong.

Good experience as far as facilities comfort . But the lack of front desk for inquiries or assistance did not sit well.

Beautiful place with great location but the walls need insulation, we know every detail of our neighbor’s life and water pressure was iffy. But close to everything and very pretty inside.

Awesome location and stay! However past reviews are true that staying on the bottom floor is a bit noisy… Down to I could hear when keys were placed on the table and parts of conversations. Thankfully I did have quiet neighbors otherwise. Also, the shower was one of this frustration showers without a door, which is fine; however, the height of the flooring is wayyy too short and therefore you’ll waste towels assuring the floor doesn’t stay wet. I consider myself a careful and super clean shower-er but still couldn’t keep the water in. Still, I could manage the shower if I get a second floor room since besides these two things the spot is super cute, clean and staff was awesome!

Great location, nice room and very clean!

We are frequent visitors of Miami Beach in the last 25 years and I really enjoy coming to this area of South Beach. I really enjoyed the hotel. It’s amenities….. the fact that I didn’t have to deal with anyone and the proximity to everything I love.
