Great stay

Staff not friendly,

Old furniture, seats have stains and dirty. In two separate occasions people were yelling or having a fight in the parking lot between 1AM and 3 AM on a Wednesday.

Room itself was very nice for what it is! Fellow guests were a little seedy but overall felt safe and clean

On numerous check-ins, I was forced to use the exterior window, in spite of the tremendous amount of traffic noise. Normal business hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. So my numerous 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Check-ins, by my request, should have been allowed in the Lobby.

This hotel/motel charged me for the 1st night rate the day we checked in & when I got there at 3pm for check-in they requested that I pay the full total amount in addition to the 1st night rate they already charged me plus their “accommodation fee”. All they required aside from the total rate for my stay was the accommodation fee which one time charge for the accommodation, so they tried to get additional $$ from me. I complained right then & there, (I’m sure most people don’t notice that they do this) & they said they could void the first night’s rate & just charge me for my original total for my entire stay plus the “accommodation fee” (that I had originally set aside the money for) but they couldn’t guarantee that the void would be back on my account right then & there, so I had to move money that I had in my savings account for Disneyland for my kids to make up the difference. I ended up getting my $$ back for extra charge the following day. But when I was given the hotel key the woman told me for future reference that most hotels do what they tried to pull on me…I just smiled knowing that most hotels DONT do what they just did. I told them that we will NEVER be staying there again. As I walked out they sarcastically said “sorry for the inconvenience”. Oh!, also, the refrigerator in the room that didn’t work, was plugged in but not cold inside & no dial to turn it on/off. Also the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned either. Would not recommend to stay here.

Peaceful and safe

They work with, even though they give a little bit talk back it gets resolved, cleaning ladies come to late in the day it should be earlier when I get back later I don'tike to be bothered , that they have a set time frame, otherwise its

The room was clean and decent. The check-in process did not let me feel welcome at all. I was not let in the reception area and did both the check-in and check-out from the little window giving out to the parking lot. That was a no-no for me.
