Clarion Pointe Prescott Valley

Julie at the front desk was very helpful abs informative. We enjoyed the stay. We dudnt get the opportunity to eat the breakfast bur liked the coffee set up. My only complaint was not with the hotel but with the 3rd party service we went through.

Excellent and comfortable hotel, rooms were very clean and location is great.

The room was okay, nothing spectacular. I was not happy about having to a pay a cleaning fee when they didn't disclose it until after we questioned why we were being charged an extra 30 dollars. The funny thing about it is that they didn't even clean our room or make our bed. We found a dirty blue glove which gave us the hint someone was in our room. Evening staff was okay but not helpful. It will be the last time we stay there.

Friendly service, clean room, restaurants are close by. The only thing I wish they had was an outdoor area. The weather is nice and it would be great to have a place to hang out that's not inside

Staff was awesome and our stay was good overall. It's not the quietest place, but it eventually settled down at night and we're early risers anyways.

Hotel was clean and rooms were in very good condition and recently updated.
