This is a fabulous place. Room comfort top-notch. Excellent temperature control, comfortable bed, only minus is the very low, low toilet. Courtyard amazing. Great atmosphere, wonderful selections for breakfast. 5 hot tubs and pool. Friendly staff. Beautiful building

My keys stopped working the second day I was there… getting back late with arms full I just called the front desk and asked them to come to me with new keys. They asked me to come to desk with my ID and I asked again if they would please bring it to me. They did and I showed my ID in front of my door… the staff was very friendly and polite… AND on top of that he was young… someone is training these kids right!

Tv was not working, called the front office and was told cable was out on west end of building. He did apologize and said we would get a discount on our room. Never received any discount.

Loved everything about the property, the room, the lobby and overall vibes. One thing that was flat out unacceptable was the person working on 4/26 10 am in the front desk, he was not welcoming, didn’t ask how the stay was, 0 nice words like have a good day as we left, it was borderline rude.

All was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Wish there had been an end table on both sides of the bed. We needed an outlet on the other side with no end table and not having one was a problem for us and our devices.
