Comfort Inn & Suites

Beds were comfortable but hotel is kind of worn and has a poor smell to it!!

It was just a one night stay. The room seemed clean and quiet. I was on the third floor which guaranteed no noisy guests above above the room. The breakfast provided was nothing special. I had some basic scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sweet pastrie, and very watery grape juice and orange juice. At least there was milk available to drink.

Hotel was a contradiction...staff was fine and attentive. Bed was just right, breakfast was very nice.....room assigned to us had the window open and a dehumidifier running in it.....air conditioner was turned off and the room was hot. We choose to empty the dehumidifier ourselves, shut the window and run the air conditioner. Structurally this hotel could use some work. We were too tired and it was late when we checked in. It was an adequate place to stay in a pinch, but i would not book another room here.

This property is surrounded by commercial properties and not very inviting. Showed up to hotel and found 20-30 people outside smoking. Weeds we're all over and the building looked beat up.

Easy check-in, very friendly and courteous front desk clerk. Room was clean and fresh smelling.

The person who welcomed us to the hotel was very friendly. The cookies for the guests were a nice touch. The hotel was dated and it needed to be updated throughout. There was majaruna being smoked in the hotel and it could smelled. Breakfast option were good and food was plentiful, however, not enough seating for all the guests in a full hotel. The tables and high chairs were also not very clean. I was unable to get a receipt for my stay and no one was at the front desk. I waited for about 10 minutes but could not wait any longer. The sight advertised 2 queen beds in a room however, they were only double beds.

Not hotel’s problem, but no cellular service in room. Wireless would only work for a few seconds then disconnect. No hot water in shower and water dripping from ceiling. Bathtub drain was filthy and rusted. Was so bad I moved to a different hotel after 1 day.

In town for a family graduation party. It was nice. Clean, comfortable beds. Good breakfast. We would stay here again.

Found hair in bathroom on mirror and in tub, leftover food was in fridge that wasn’t ours and the fridge smelled awful and wasn’t cold at all.

Our original reservation was supposed to be conjoining rooms with Brittney Rivard, but when we checked in, we were told that was not available and we were put on different floors. The front desk was able to get us on the same floor, which helped. There was a strong smell of weed in the hallways, there was only 1 working ice maker on the 3rd floor, the hot tub was out of order, the rooms smelled very musty and our friends found glass in their bed.

Service desk was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall good experience. Hot tub is drained and closed and there could be a little more cleaning done to clear out the hallway smell but other than that, very happy with stay.

Clean, friendly staff, and the best breakfast I have ever had for a breakfast offered by a hotel. Kudos to Nikki!

Room was clean and comfortable. Alarm clock was not the right time and you couldn't change it. Breakfast was a nice selection.

The bathroom was dirty. The faucet in tub leaked profusely and had brown spots. Black stuff around the handles. Stayed three nights and could never get internet. Same with the adjoining room. Could not get hot water. Had to take towels to desk to get new ones. I had asked the laundry person in the hallway if we could have new towels. She said yes but never came to our room. We also asked for shampoo and didn’t get that either. Man behind desk yelled at my husband for getting oranges because it wasn’t 6:00 am. My husband was unaware that there was an opening time and the doors were not closed to this room. Could not change credit card since we went thru Expedia. Fridge froze our items and the base light by the desk did not work. The only thing good was the eating places across the street and the free cookies. We were there for a family graduation and had two rooms for three nights and had to travel 30 minutes to our families house. Not having internet and no hot water and no towels did not make a great experience in the evening.
