Nice friendly people And they actually clean your room every day impeccably like in the olden days!

It was a comfortable and quiet room. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a nights stay. The breakfast the next morning was good. Not extensive, but good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was young and not friendly. No welcoming, just not interested of you staying there.

The property was old. The lobby was nice and the halls were clean, but the room was not well maintained. The stopper in the sink was broken & didn’t drain properly. Light bulbs were out or some blinking. The walk in shower floor looked dirty or old or could have been bleached to make it white. Sink are chipped paint. Room serviced knocked on the door every morning @8:30 for service. Terrible breakfast foods. For the money - poor!!!!

No coffee and the front desk staff had little interest in helping anyone. Could have easily made coffee into pots due to the broken coffee maker, but that was too much trouble. Could have even put a sign on the coffee maker that it was out of order, but instead, let people waste coffee cups all weekend. Lazy…just lazy!

The hotel room we stayed in wasn’t the worst but needs many improvements. The walls need to be cleaned. The appliances need to be replaced; the fridge worked when it wanted to. One of the queen beds had a broken leg & we had to keep putting the mattress back on the frame. The outlet between the beds barely worked. An exterminator also needs to visit the hotel. There were ants coming out of the cracks surrounding the AC unit on the first night. When we asked for an upgrade, we were told by front desk staff that we would have to pay more. There were no other vacancies nearby so we bought our own ant/roach spray from Walmart across the street and luckily we did because on night 3, baby roaches started to appear from various cracks in the walls as well. Will not be staying there again.

Clean and comfortable accommodations. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Staff was wonderful. Would have liked a third bath towel...one for my husband and me and one for my hair.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly especially the ladies at breakfast. Location great! My only complaint was that our shower could never get warm water.

Pets were loud like in a kennel, asked to be moved but young girl said it would cost ,. want stay there again

have been here one a month for the past two years. good property

I did not like that I got bit by bedbugs the first night that I was there. The staff did not apologize, or management did not answer to my compliant. still have the marks and suffer all week because of it.
