Comfort Inn Kissimmee-Lake Buena Vista South

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed in, we were bitten up by bed bugs and we even took pictures and videos of the bugs on the bed. They bit my daughter on her face and I will never stay here again

Person at the front desk was very friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Some hot options at breakfast.

The breakfast was poor. Very little food options.

Bad> It was just a standard hotel. Slightly overpriced bare bones boring decor, and basic. Needs minor maitnence and more ammenities. Location is ugly behind a tacky smoke shop.property isnt anything outstanding. Good> Great Staff, clean, located near a lot, comes with breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet. Easy check-in and check-out.

I have stayed at many Comfort Inn and Suites, and this is by far the worst one. The air conditioning didnt work continuously, breakfast was terrible, and the carpet smells like mildew. The property was quiet and clean on the outside, and the staff were friendly. But I won't be back at this property.

No hot water.Said could not offer any discounts because I paid through hotels .com. Hotel was dated but comfortable. Would not recommend for price.

This was not what they advertised online way over priced for a 2.5 hotel with a broken down elevator and even seen bugs in my room never again..

There was a 15 dollar charge , a .. NIGHT CHARGE ?? At check in . None of that is mentioned and I’ve never heard of such a thing ..

The hotel tries to sell you a credit card upon checking in. You have to physically turn it down on their computer system while standing at the front desk. There is no room cleaning service unless you personally request it. You learn this after a day or two of not having your room attended to. Upon asking about it, I was referred to a small notice in basically fine print on a wall beside the check-in desk. When I pointed out that no one would see or read such a small notice when they checked in, the person just shrugged their shoulders. It's the type of hotel no one would go to a second time.

We booked this property bc they advertised Disney park shuttle and kitchenettes. When we got there they told us there’s only one shuttle at 8:30 in the morning and not even to Disney. There’s also NO kitchenettes in the rooms but they said oh there are 2 other properties on this same street and they have those we advertise the same as these properties! So you false advertise? I was told I couldn’t cancel and get a refund even though they lied about what I was booking. The rooms are filthy. The fans has dirt inches thick, the window sills are dirty and moldy, the lamps are super dusty and dingy. The rooms stink and smell so stale and gross. Breakfast? If you can call it that! They have the same thing every day. Flat thin egg Pattie’s dry overcooked sausage Pattys some bread and if you are lucky you might get some butter! Most days there was no butter or fruit and seemed as if they just scrape by with the bare minimum offerings. The elevator is sketch and their certificate expired last August! For the price I definitely wouldn’t book here again. Very disappointed overall.
