Our room was exactly as advertised. Clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly. We were visiting for a wedding. The weather was beautiful. Anything we needed was extremely close and easily accessable.

Typical for these owners. Very uninviting. Exterior looks like this was most recently, a vacant property. Weeds where grass should be. Absolutely no curb appeal.

First off. Check in was fine but noticed other guests having issues using the elevators. When we returned with out belongings the elevator issue was resolved. Accessing our room, we did have trouble getting in to the room. The door would not open even though the light would turn green when using the key card. After a few tries and a big shove of the door, we managed to get it open. Immediately we were hit with a musty smell and noticed the 2 kings we paid extra for were actually queens. Since we were just passing through to sleep on our way to Washington and it only being a $5 dollar difference, i decided to just suck it up. The smoke detector was weirdly covered with a plastic bag and my kids noticed weird brown stains on the wall in the corner. Also there was a big sticky stain on the the floor near the entrance. Bathroom had some noticeable stains as well. I really believe this hotel needs a complete update. Would not recommend anyone staying here. We decided to stay else where on our trip back. Could i have complained? Yes but after a 10hr drive, we just needed a place to sleep for a few hours before continuing our drive.

The property was fine. Our room needed work. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom smelled, the tub was cracked. I will not stay there again.

Water leak flooded the carpet prior to arrival. There were no other rooms available and it was already midnight. We had already unloaded all the luggage up to the 2nd floor and had a sleeping toddler, so it was too late to try to find a different hotel. Front desk lady was very nice and refunded the room without me even asking. Had to sleep in the hot musty flooded room. But we made due. We will probably skip this one on the way back.

Bed is OK. Service is poor. We stayed 2 night but the room service did not change towels, shops etc on next day inspite of the request. AC has no remote, refrigerator has no light. Bathroom is OK. Breakfast is ok but staff doesn't understand English. For a minor food question they call upon manager to answer.

We have stayed in the past and had great service but I would say in the past 10 years it's gone downhill. We thought on this trip it would be different so we would give it a new go-head . That was not the case ... We had dirty towels that were stained, carpets that were stained and when we went and ate breakfast there were bugs. I hate to say that but I have to because the property needs to deal with it. We didn't make a big issue of it. We let the person at the front desk know very quietly what was happening but I'm not sure what is happening to rectify the situation. All righ

Room was spacious and nice. Refrigerator was not cold and freezer iced over.
Light bulb over sink flickered. A plug by the sink is broken. Bath tub had mold growing. Ac barely worked. Other than that is was good.

First room was nice but the AC unit sounded like a washing machine in spin cycle. Only had bath towels and had to ask for hand, face and shower mat.
Got moved to room 2 due to AC noise. Lifted the toilet seat to find a full bowl of feces, paper and numerous cigarette butts. Immediately flushed and luckily it stopped within an inch of over flowing.
Nicely moved to room 3. AC unit rattles / vibrates. Missing towels and floor mat. Toilet kept running so i adjusted the flapper. Faucet has a continuous stream of water.
Room is nice enough and generally clean.
I couldnt transfer my videos from my phone to my tablet due to size or because I m exhausted.

Check in Washington easy and the staff was awesome. Very informative about my stay. The room was spacious and amenities were good. Decent sheets and pillows. The bed was set on this weird base and made crazy crackling noise when you moved. The mattress dipped in to be middle and made it not so comfortable sleep.Housekeeping poor. The bathtub had pink mold, shower curtain had mold at bottom and the toilet looked scratched up with a dirty ring around the bowl. Made me a bit concerned for how clean my room really was. Hotel exterior was clean and located in decent area
