We had an unexpected stay here due to car problems. The room was pleasant and comfortable, and the staff were so engaged and pleasant. They were particularly nice to my family who had to stay in the lobby for a few hours the next day while that car was being repaired. Would definitely recommend!

Room was good size. Water had strong chlorine smell. Red wine stain on carpet. Conveniently located off highway and close to several restaurants.Check in staff friendly.

Stay was ok. Was in town for volleyball tournament. Hotel was pretty full. Woke up to a phone call at 7 am. Multiple cars had their windows smashed and broken into. I leave nothing in my car for this reason. They still broke in. Took nothing but huge pain as I’m 3 hours from home. Hotel staff didn’t offer much help in trying to patch the windows or anything. Car alarms went off at 2:15 am and the front desk staff didn’t call the police. Several other hotels in the area were hit too. I’m not sure what night staff at hotels do. My car was parked right in front of the lobby door. Super frustrating to wake up to that especially after paying $160 to stay there. Hotels need to be more accountable and responsible with their parking lots. Hire security for night time. It happens all the time and the hotel gets off with no issue.

The place needed updating. The pool bathroom was disgusting, pool was in very poor condition. Place smelled musty, beds were uncomfortable. Need to replace yellow worn out pillows. Breakfast was ok, server there was nice.

Room was not all the way clean forgot to empty the trash in the bathroom. The window in the room was filthy. Couldn’t even see out of it and the room had a smell body man dirty body smell had to open window and buy spray to get the smell out of the room

Room key was not working, so we were told we would need to be let in and out with the metal key everytime. We would be given a key when it was fixed. The next morning the guest attendant told me she had to let another couple in and out previously, so it was obviously broke for a while. Room was not as clean as i would like. Marks on the walls, bath room wall had a brown mark under toilet paper holder. The elevator was gross, needed to be wiped down and the floor swept. Stair wells were also in need of a cleaning. Overall we made due for our 1 night stay, but hotel needs a facelift and a good scrub.

The property was poorly maintained, with several areas needing attention. Throughout our stay, we were not provided with a key to enter our room, which was a significant inconvenience. We had to rely on staff to open our room every time we left the hotel, and this made us feel unsafe about leaving our belongings behind. I asked the staff if they could assist us in any way regarding this inconvenience, but unfortunately, we received no help.

Great stay and clean property. Overall I enjoyed my stay. However, the only complaint I would have is that my room microwave and refrigerator did not work. But outside of that, my room was clean, no odors and I enjoyed my stay overall for the value. Would stay here again.

Not the cleanest rooms. There was a nut of some sort laying in pain sight. Looked like foot skin laying on the couch. Just all around a little dirty but stayed in much worse.
