Great during the weekdays.

On the positive: The staff was excellent, both the morning and the afternoon desk staff. Mike was very helpful on restaurants, one was within walking distance. The room was clean and we liked that the cleaner leaves her card with her signature upon it, so you know who's cleaning the room. The cleaning staff is taking ownership for their individual rooms they clean and it shows. In addition, the lobby itself looks lovely with the fire place. lobby seating area and dining room. Also loved the fresh baked assortment of cookies and 24/7 hot coffee located at the front desk. Nice touch! On the downside, As you enter the property, the outside front entry patio areas are really dirty, they have leaves and dirt upon them. The patio furniture needs washing and the sidewalks, as well as the patio cement, needs to be high power washed and scrubbed. The front entrance and into the lobby also needs to be cleaned, including the entrance rug which is stained. In addition, the rooms are very dated. At one time I'm sure the bathroom granite countertops we're lovely and upscale, that time was possibly 28 years ago and if not, it looked it. Yellowing old light switches, molding that needed to be painted, it all felt a little creepy. Oppressive brown old dingy hallways. I don't think we'll be back for another stay unless they update this hotel with some freshness.

It was a nice stay.

Property is in need of updating. Lobby was fine but room was in poor condition. There was a shelf hanging by one screw I fixed myself and the bathroom door had peeling paint. I definitely should have spent $50 more to stay at the neighboring Hilton.

Clean room

The room was musty and smelled. The bed was uncofortable and it seemed old.

Booked through expedia based on reviews. 2 different rooms had wet carpet but they had been cleaned due to pets.i could no breath in room. We left since they had no other availability. Waiting to get approval on tefund.

The stay was great, pool and hot tub was awesome, rooms was clean, and they were very professional. Great welcoming feeling

Highly recommend this hotel. Staff was beyond helpful and polite. Very clean. We had a 1 bedroom suite. It was perfect for a visit to UK. Pillows are small and uncomfortable, bring your own and you're set!

Good place to stay

Loved this place! Beautiful rooms, large hot tub and nice pool , great breakfasts -biscuits and gravy one day, bacon and scrambled eggs the next Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby Easy access to the interstate highway

Comfortable bed great staff!

Staff was ok. Pool area was pretty good. it was loud when people would walk down the hall. breakfast was ok. Pillow sucked and beds were very firm.

Our stay was nice. Staff was nice hotel was clean breakfast not that great. Have had much better free breakfasts pool area not the best half the jets do not work in the hot tub tiny pool. Other than that it was fine.
