Very clean in the hotel. Slight delay when checking in but it wasn't long. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Breakfast was simple with scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal and toast.Cannot think of anything less than my expectations

Rooms were clean. Hallways had debris on carpeting, looked like they hadn't been vacuumed for days. Couldn't get TV to work only to find out from manager on duty that there was combination of buttons we needed to push -- need to include instructions on the remote.
The hostesses in the breakfast room were great. Can't say enough about the gal on breakfast duty on Sunday, Apr. 6 (friendly, courteous, even provided fresh-made cookies), definitely a "keeper". Guest rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. Rates were very reasonable.

I’m a Stillwater local… booked this hotel with my 14-year-old with the soul goal to swim and hang on the hot tub. Pool had been closed the day before we got there and was closed the entire trip. Nasty front desk gal had no remorse or information on when if how it would open.

Remodeled room including microwave and refrigerator w/ separate freezer. Could use a nightlight in bath area. Good breakfast selection including eggs (powdered), bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, and waffle machines. Coffee, tea, cocoa machine available 24 hr/dy. They only service room every 3 days, something new for me; but was OK. No elevator service during our stay because installing new elevator; didn't affect us since we had 1st floor room.

I was very disappointed. Ive always been accomodated by my disabilities but was not.. i specifically asked for 1st floor cuz i cant walk stairs.(Leg issues) or elevator use. I was in Room 230 and had to walk up the stairs. Elevator down.

The elevator was not working. I called ahead to see if the hot tub was working they said yes. The jets were barely blowing and the tub had lots of sand in it and could have more water.
