We were very satisfied with our stay. We encountered no difficulties in checking in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I like the idea of self parking. We chose this location because it was close to The Mann Center.

This is a very comfortable hotel. The wall unit air conditioner was a bit noisy. Staff was very friendly and accommodative. A shout out to Vince at the front desk who was very helpful when we thought that we left an item in our room after checking out.

Towels were not automatically provided. I had to go to the front desk to get towels and wash clothes and coffee pods. One night we came back and all the dirty towels were gone and no new ones provided. Looked like they were very short staffed. We decided Trump had deported all their workers. Our last stay 2 years ago was fine. No problems. Not sure what was going on this time. We will probably not stay here again.

We went onto the lobby and waited in line for a while. We decided we wouldn’t be comfortable staying there. There was only one employee at the reception desk and he had a one line of customers. We waited 20 minutes and left. The overall vibe was that of a two star hotel. We were surprised that it is a Marriott property

We were here for an athletic tournament and had a few days to fill. It was over a 100 degrees out most things were closed. Anthony, the head of security drove us in the van and recommended things to do, told us which neighborhoods were safe and which streets had the most shade between our destinations. He was wonderful and saved our trip. Great driver too! They are lucky to have him.

The front desk attendant was terrible. Scolded me for using tap instead of inserting my card. Told me, “you need to do as I say!” Told me the reason for inserting my card was to prevent fraud. Found out later that was a lie. She started yelling at me that I need to listen to her, literally told me to “go to your room before I have you removed from the property!”. I couldn’t believe how she was treating me so I took out my phone to record her and she said that I needed to leave the property. I went to my room instead. She yelled as I was leaving that security would be up to remove me from the property. I spoke with the manager the next day and all I got was… I’m sorry that happened. Nothing else. Then I was checked out a day earlier by accident from another manager.

Property is older. Bathrooms had mold and rooms are small. Bug was left at the side of the toilet and the remote was sticky. There was also no wash cloths in the bathroom. I had to go down and obtain some.

Service was excellent. Hotel was generally very clean. Room was a little dated, which definitely showed in the bathroom and shower, which showed some wear and tear. AC worked but wouldn’t get the room under 74 which wasn’t ideal. Overall, a fine stay but nothing special.
