Our experience was very good. The only issue was that we had a problem with our shower. It didn't keep the water flowing constantly, whenever another room opened the water, our room stopped working.

Check in is at 3pm, our room was not ready until 8:30 pm due to short staffing and no clean rooms. We didn't get into our room until 8:50 pm. No one even offered us a dinner voucher or a simple bottle of water. Unacceptable
