After having a really bad experience with our previous reservation on the same day from Hotels.com and we told the lady @ check in she went above and beyond to make our room beautiful she put us in beautiful view and a very comfortable room. This is why I always use Expedia for my reservations. The one time I decide to try another website thng didn't go smooth.

I stayed with a friend who has extra needs - she's blind and not in great health. The staff was AMAZING! Everyone we encountered were so incredibly kind and thoughtful. I'm glad we stayed there.

Elevator was broken. Other than that it was very nice clean Good location if you are a skier

Booked a room with a balcony. Was given room with balcony right in front of lobby. Requested another room and had to return to front desk 3 times because key never worked. Manager brought us up to our room and used master key to allow us into room. Said he would return with actual key, desk clerk returned with another key that didn’t work. Literally witnessed an escort service taken place in room 211. This was our second time staying here with the first time being not great. I wanted to give another try, I only liked the balcony. Never again we left at 2am my anxiety would not allow me to sleep after I witnessed an escort being brought into a room a couple rooms down. Let me introduce you to babygirl with a cup of alcohol in his had. While the entire floor reeked of marijuana. Even the manager smelled when he came up to check my key. Said he would investigate. I’m not one to complain but I was completely shaken more than half the night. Could not relax at all

My problem was not with the hotel, it was with Hotels.com! We booked a room and paid for it in advance. When we arrived the very harried front desk apologized profusely explaining that they have been sold out for 5+ hours and have notified Hotels.com, yet Hotels.com continued to oversell rooms that don't exist. At 11PM, my wife and I were then forced to find another hotel, almost an hour away, at much more money after we'd already paid for the room at this property. Will never use Hotels.com again.

Needsd deeper cleaning, bathroom shower was dripping all night, not enough dining area or options. People working at bar didn’t know how to make basic drinks even though has been there for almost 20 years.

The room are Ok. The breakfast was disappointing, no buffet and limit order menu. Staff was not at the coubter when we arrived and we had a delay of 15 minutes just for coffee. We wanted to get on the road. We paid ahead for breakfast not knowing, we had to order and wait for serve. An allergy to eggs left little options gad we stated to order.
We tried several times to book at the Fairmont marriot next door on the expedia site and kept being redirected to this property. Thinking we were bookjng the other.
We tried again the next day and we were not redirected. Confusing.
We would not book marriot option again but the bed where comfortable.

We stayed here a few times before. It was clean but a litttle dated. and for the most part quiet. They are short staffed and the bar was not always open , so you never know when it will be open.We enjoyed the fire pit last time we were there and this time they said it was broke so we had to sit in the bar area to hang out . Hopefully they fix it for next time. It is convenient to Montage and works well for a large party. It is close to resturants and shopping center. Will most likely stay again next year and hope fire pit is working and more staff to help out.

Was a Courtyard by Marriot, but it seemed like a hotel under a different name prior. And Courtyard just bought it and put their name on it. Just didn’t feel as good as other actual Courtyards I have stayed at. TV was also very small.
