The hotel is clean, modern, well appointed, and very convenient to the Springfield-Branson National Airport. We will definitely stay here again when flying. The park and fly option saves enough over the long-term parking at the airport that it pays for a night at the hotel when you’re away for more than five days.

was visiting my son who lives close by and we have stayed at this property multiple times and never had an issues. The front staff and other staff members are very friendly and accommodating to what you need if you forgot anything.

Tv didn’t work, changed rooms. The new room had an air conditioning problem then had to move back to the previous room because that one was the only one available with a king bed. No hair dryer in the room.

I cannot believe that we have to pay for parking. You scan a QR code to pay and then you get charged a convenience fee… only option to pay though. I do feel there is no reason to pay for parking at this hotel, when asked about it they just said we started only a week ago.
Also our initial room door was open when we got to the room. It would not close tightly or lock. Had to switch rooms.

I got in mid evening so I asked about the restaurant on site. It was an offering of sandwiches and fries. Nothing I would consider a healthy choice!
