The staff isn’t friendly at all. When I checked in I wasn’t explained any of the amenities. Barely mentioned where the elevator was.
Checking out was worse. The woman didn’t even greet me. Didn’t ask how was my stay. Said maybe a few words to me only because I didn’t know my room number.
I’ve stayed at various hotels this was the rudest interaction with the front desk on both occasions.
The only thing I appreciated was the early check in availability.
Room above us was so loud barely got any peace while being in the room.
The trip was for my son’s graduation that really was a damper on our trip.

Rooms were clean and very quiet area. Only issue is the homeless around the area roam around unchecked. Staff not too friendly at front desk. Bistro understaff for the amount of guest. Over all it was okay stay. Do not know if I would stay again.
