Room was small but well designed to include couch & large bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Room very clean.

We arrived early and our room was ready. Check-in was seamless and the front desk was very friendly and courteous.
The room was comfortable. There are restaurants and a Starbucks across the street. Untermyer Park is within walking distance or a quick 5 minute drive away and it has beautiful gardens and walking trails with views of the Hudson River.
The hotel location was good and about 30 mins from LaGuardia airport.

Check in was super quick. We actually booked a hotel across the parking lot at renaissance but their system was down so I had a book here last minute. It was so quick and easy I booked it and was in my room within five minutes. The bathroom is beautiful! The king bed was so nice I slept like a baby. I wasn’t able to use the amenities but the pool looks great!
The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had! The French toast and breakfast potatoes were to die for!! I would drive 4 hours just to get the breakfast!

This hotel was very disappointing, the pool now closes at 5pm, the pullout couch was missing the mattress, the tub was peeling, hair in the hair dryer, noisy air conditioner, people loud above us until 2am, and the breakfast cafe was not open when we had to leave at 6:45am, even though on the phone when I called prior to booking they told me it opened at 6am and at check in they told me 6:30. At 6:30 the only thing available was a pastry, none of the hot menu items I prepaid for when I reserved the room. The manager was supposed to call me, but 24 hours later I still have not received a phone call. Do not recommend this hotel. Terrible Courtyard experience.

I had reserved thru Expedia and paid.
At checking I was told that that reservation was close and I had to reserve and pay again. I did because it was late at night and I didn’t know where else to go. I am still waiting on my refund.

The room was good, check in had a little to be desired. I checked in with my 4yo and asked about pool access. The front desk associate neglected to tell me I had to bring my ID to the front desk at the residence inn where the pool is to be able to get into the pool. So I had to schlep my anxious 4yo BACK to our hotel across the parking lot, up to our room, and then back to the Residence Inn, where of course I had to wait because they were in the middle of arrivals. Overall it was a good stay but a little common sense would have gone a long way during that initial check in.
