Our room had bed bugs we spot them hour after being in the room. We killed one then went to pull covers off bed to see mattress but changed our mind bc they had layers of mattress covers on the bed like they was trying to keep them from coming out

I stayed at the hotel and, unfortunately, the fire alarm went off after midnight two nights in a row, forcing us to evacuate each time. The cleanliness of the property did not match what was shown on the website. Additionally, I somehow ended up with two reservations. I asked the staff to cancel the one-night reservation since my actual stay was from Thursday to Sunday, but they gave me a hard time—even though the hotel is still making money from my multi-night stay. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

My stay at Crown Reef was great. The staff treated me well. My only complaint was the pushy attitude from the time share representatives. When I said no to a time share presentation, they responded with several more questions on my decision. Also, I was told my opinion on time share's was wrong.

The check In service was professional. However, my intent for selecting this residence was to relax in a nice room with an accessible hot tub. I was very disappointed to see a filthy unhealthy tub that contained what appears to be mold, uncleaned jets, hair in tub and walls on shower unit, chipped and old paint and faucets. The entire room needs a deep cleaning with upgrades. The rooms should align with the professionalism of the staff.

Location is excellent, only steps away from beach. Waterpark is more of just slides and a ver small splash area. Multiple pools and hot tubs along with a lazy river were very nice, plenty of seating and not overcrowded. Pools did seem to have excess debris in them, the staff was cleaning pools in early AM. On site restaurant good option for dining if you don’t want to leave property.

Very nice my family loved everything about it. I was over changed but they fixed it and made it right. Had issues with adding for towels for room of 7 people but the manger was awesome brought towels up herself play extras. Would definitely go back.
