I woke at 3 am I turn on the light and seen roaches on the refrigerator plus the toilet was not working properly.

Very quiet stay despite being off the main road. Guess it was because the way the hotel sits so it blocks sound of traffic. It is very close to Walmart if you need to grab anything. We stayed here in Tuscaloosa, for our 9th anniversary. Would stay again. It is gated and feeling is very welcoming. Bed is comfy and room is beautifully decorated. No coffee pot in the roof here. The breakfast selection was ok but delicious. Not a lot to pick from and no fresh fruit at this Days Inn. (We have stayed at many Days Inns and this brand of hotel is often a first choice of ours.)

I was in town for a friend’s wedding and at the hotel for one night. I arrived early and the individual at the front desk was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early after checking with housekeeping to make sure room was ready. The room was very clean and perfect for what I needed for the stay.

Very nice hotel staff. Has all the basics.

Lots of deterred maintenance.

I didn't like that online it looks like an inside "HOTEL" but when we got there it was an outside "motel". People were walking and making noise all night. Front desk person was upset because I told him my TV turned off several times on it's own. He said he'll come check it out which he did. He violently shook the cord behind the TV then took it out and put it back in and walked off. I said thank you and he replied mmhm. No smiles at the front desk, no warm greeting just looks. Front desk guy asked to run my card and I asked why because it's on file already. He said in case we smoke or damage anything. He ran my card and I asked for a paper receipt and he got upset and didn't give me a paper receipt. He said it would go to my email and I told him yes I know but I also need a paper receipt. It upset him that I wanted a paper receipt, he finally gave it to me but he slid on the counter instead of in my hand. I will not be booking there again. Also the bathroom wasn't clean and hair was on the bathroom countertop.

It is what it was. Some of the lights in the room flickered. Door to the bathroom was dropping and would get stuck if closed all the way

Not what it makes out to be…

Room was run down and toilet was clogged when we got there along with a piece of missing carpet and big cigarette butt burns in the sheets

The shower was clogged with hair but other than that it was not bad

The rooms (3 rooms) all were "DIRTY" and beds not assembled. Had to be moved to another set of rooms and even 2 of the 3 rooms were dirty and the other room had a clogged toilet. I travel for business a lot and this trip was with teenage boys - One of the boys refused to stay in the room and slept in the SUV. Manager offered NOTHING and barely spoke English. Worst experience EVER !

The toilet was clogged and when I used it,it overflow to my surprise now in the middle of the night I had to find the night manager the door that was accessible and convenient was locked, I had to walk around the building to the front entrance wake up the night attendant for a plunger and she had the nerve to ask would I bring it back to the front office,No I replied I'll leave it in the room and you can come to get it, I'm not about to do all that walking, I'm passing through on a business trip I'm not here to do your job at your property and I'm paying, once a person check out they should check everything in a room to make sure the next person to get the room it's ready, the face basin needs to be clogged free, the tub/shower, and the toilet,etc.

This is clearly the trap. There is very apparent illegal activity going on. I brought my family here because of the good reviews. It is not a family friendly hotel. Would not recommend

Absolutely disgusting. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy—dirty, stained furniture, and a bed that had clearly been slept in before we arrived. The sheets were stained and smelled anything but clean, so we had to sleep on top of the covers. The entire room reeked of smoke, despite it supposedly being non-smoking. There was only one roll of toilet paper provided, which just added to the overall feeling of neglect. We didn’t dare use the shower or drink the water—it just didn’t feel safe. I was genuinely uncomfortable staying here and couldn’t be more relieved to leave early. I will absolutely never stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The place was exceptional for a budget motel. If the coffee was better 5 stars all around.

Phone did not work, ice machines did not work. Had to ask for towels and rags. Loud and noisy, people knocking on doors all through the night.
