Definitely not the nicest place I've ever stayed but it's sufficient and cheaper than other places around. It's located in a nice area with many restaurants and stores.

Great experience all around. Easy check in, clean room, heat/air conditioning worked perfectly, no issue getting hot water in the shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient - and the coffee available in the lobby was an added bonus! The hotel was also conveniently located near a number of shopping centers that were either walkable or a short car ride (5 min). Would definitely book again if I'm in the area.

The room was dirty in spots and during a four day stay we never had shampoo or soap replaced after each use. The breakfast was a joke....the coffee was OK but there was literally nothing more to eat besides making some toast! On a couple of the days, they finally brought in some Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits, but on our last day even this was neglected. The in-room coffee maker also did not work. My two- star rating is probably too high. They also raised the weekend rate to over $200 per night!!

I was charged $50 additional charge in case I damaged the room or had a dog It was supposed to be returned to me at check out but no one was there to credit my card and other people were waiting for the returned deposit. I’m 80 years old and do not own a dog and no damage was done to the room. I want my $50 returned. This is a rip off and I plan to report it to the Better Business Bureau
Our President takes a very critical view of fraud so keep that in mind if you choose to ignore my request

The couple across the hall was noisy, yelling at each other 11:00pm to 2:00am. Their dog was in the hallway scratching on my room door.

When i checked in Wed (5/28/25), Door did not open and smelled smoke from outside. got 2nd new room, No water at sink!, no power at desk stands. both of them are not working. got 3rd new room, clock is not working because no power outlet and no power at desk stand. there s/b 2 desks but only one because there is no power outlet to connect. 3 rooms in 3 nights!. this is by far the worst hotel, i will put this on SNS.

I was happy with the bedding Previous stay did not like bedding. Cleanliness of the entire facility is extremely poor. Unexpected 50$ deposit, and cable tv quality and picture very fuzzy. Did not even watch tv due to this issue.

This property must be a homeless shelter or a trap house. I felt unsafe and my room was disgusting. I was tired, so whatever. Halls smelled like smoke. There were questionable characters about. Front desk was really nice though. Probably felt sorry for me

When i checked in on Wed, i smelled a smoke. got 2nd room. A new room, There is no water at sink and no power at desk stands both of them. 3rd room, there is no desk lamp, clock is not connected due to no power outlet. Changed rooms 3 times in 3 days !. Never come back again.

Its not a bad room at all.. the staff did me right after I was placed in a noisy room. The oddest thing is the random people just sitting in the lobby and waiting areas, all day long. Not like doing anything either.. just sitting there for hours on end, day and sometimes night. Just gives off creepy vibes. But everyone is minding there own and its not bad, just unusual. Its good for the price. I'd say its safe, just odd.

The cigarettes all around the front door, and the employees and patrons standing right next to the front doors smoking is mind blowing. There was no hot water, the cigarette smell was extremely overwhelming throughout the halls and in the room, the carpet was sticky the breakfast only white bread and 2 packs of oatmeal, however The staff was excellent, they apologized and tried to accommodate me, ultimately I had to check out because my sinus flared up it wasn’t much i could do.

One night like a nightmare, my room with bed bugs... i woke up at 11pm with an itching sensation on my arms and when I searched with my husband, we found bed bugs in the bed. I was so mad, and now i have a bad allergies reaction.
