Was infested with flies, tub water was brown had to drive over 30 mins to my grandparents condo to shower myself and my kids. Didn’t want to give deposit back and all room was used for was just sleeping. Checked out early wouldn’t give money back no would be kind to accept third party services or work with them. TERRIBLE

I had 3 rooms. The first night we didn’t have electric in the front half in 2 of them. The refrigerators were leaking the entire time we were there also.

The picture online look like five star but when I was in room, the room smell like moldy and with smoke. There is not hot water running. Got sick from sleeping in moldy smelly room. No breakfast. No tea bags or hot water to make tea. Staff for morning he was not professional. He was rude.

The man at check-in was very nice. The room was dirty. I didn’t want to touch anything. There were bugs everywhere. There was trash on the floor. No hand soap was provided.

As soon as we checked in we noticed the floor was falling apart. Saw about 4 cockroaches within the first 5 minutes. We left and asked for a refund after those 5 minutes.

Terrible place to stay. Smells like cat piss. Door had gap at bottom so you can hear everything. Rooms aren’t properly cleaned and things are broken in them. Booked two nights for a king size bed. Got told when I arrived that they gave my room away and only had twins available. Was given the option to get a refund and leave or take the twins. Absolutely piss poor customer service and the place is a dump. Don’t waste your time here.

The property rooms were dirty, linen was stained and dingy, no working room phones,no hot water handle on the sink, no air conditioner vent cover, no ice machines, hair dryer and outlet not working, tub had soap scum stains and tub handles and knobs dirty and stained, the fridge not cleaned had stains from left over food, the microwave door was rusty, bed linen was stained,and the floors was dirty not mopped, they advertised breakfast and wi-fi- no breakfast offered just coffee and juice, no wi- fi, Over all this hotel was just a filthy wreck. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place needs to be shutdown. The hotel manager was not accommodating at all. Will never stay at this hotel again. TRASH.

When I arrived at 9pm, I drove around with my two granddaughters trying to find where to check in. That drive around showed how filthy, disgusting, and unsafe the environment was for me and my two granddaughters. When I went to check-in I was asked to please wait. No problem. I stood at the desk, pulling up my reservation. Another employee came to the room and said it will take a minute and please sit down. I was not sitting down and I was not staying there. I told them I was not staying there. That I deemed the environment unsafe for myself and my granddaughters and with that I left. As of right now it looks like they are still charging me for the room- and that battle will be fought. I understand the need to honor reservations, and I more importantly need to honor safety!

Please remove this hotel from your company. The room was filthy, I had to purchase cleaning products to clean it. There were stains and cigarette burns on the bedding. The bathroom was filthy with stab marks in the base of the bathtub. Mold was present behind the door to the room, and there was a huge crack in the seal to the door. The floor was filthy so much so that a rag to wipe it was black. The bathroom door was warped at the bottom. The toilet and bathtub had cigarette burn marks on them. The toilet was not cleaned, and there were insects present in the room flies, roaches, and crickets. It was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed at, which is why I requested a refund 9 days before my check in but it was not granted.

I booked a king room, get there and they tell me I’m getting a double room. Room key kept quitting. Everyday we’d have to go have it fixed. Boy at counter was rude, and barely spoke English. Room had a smoke smell to it. Toilet seat lid was missing a bolt so it kept going sideways. Place was semi clean and tolerable, but I’d never stay there again.

The room wasn't the worst I've stayed in. The property and neighborhood was close. Stepping of the vehicle I was approached and asked if I had any shrooms. The promised breakfast did not exist. The staff was polite but unhelpful. We stayed two nights and our room was not touched during the stay. That would have been fine. Had we even had three towels, but we left with only two for three guests.The room was about what you would expect of a low end one star property. We chose this location primarily due to the description, which included a breakfast, on Expedia and found it to be inaccurate and untruthful.

Check in was fast. We couldn’t get past the horrible smell of stale smoke. Even bought an air freshener that still didn’t help. The front desk staff came to spray but again it helped for like 10 min. The room was nonsmoking but smelled like smoke and even had a burn hole in the comforter. Will not be staying here again
