Their website advertise shuttle transportation and the day before arrival they said they don't. I talk to a representative who said they would refund the cost of taking an uber. So I took one and now I'm having to jump through hoops to get that money back even though I have a case number stating I will get a refund because of their false advertisement.

Nice place to stay and quiet area. Be advised that breakfast isn't included with your stay, its 17 dollars per person. Also its a normal continental breakfast buffet setup.

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. Some of the details shared online didn’t match up. Ex. A shuttle to local areas and restaurant (besides breakfast) is not open anymore. The room was much smaller than expected but was well maintained. Perfect for 2 people but any more and you will feel cramped.

Very noisy hotel and not quite 4 stars Every slammed door, plumbing noise or footsteps above my bed on the next floor were magnified almost like things were poorly insulated. The shower had obvious mold in it.. Also, adding some plants in the planters outside would do a lot to make the entrance more inviting.
