The service was excellent. Shout out to the manager Raz and front desk staff Jay for navigating through my multiple reservations and assisting me with top tier customer service. The food at the hotel was excellent for every meal I had. I would actually just go to eat dinner there on a regular night. The staff was very helpful and polite. I would definitely be back and recommend this hotel over and over again. Thanks to all for an amazing experience.

Great and quiet hotel near the airport that has everything you need. We were warmly greeted by a front desk staff member (I don’t remember her name now, darn) but she was absolutely wonderful and gave us a layout of the hotel and the shuttle schedule to the airport. She even gave us a bottle of water and a cookie! The room was large and clean and had everything you would need.
I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Los Angeles!

The hot tub was down which was one of the reasons we selected this property, so that was a little disappointing.
The hotel was clean and I felt safe there since I traveled alone with 2 teenagers. The staff were nice and the location was convenient.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was in disrepair upon check in: broken door handle, phone not hooked up to wall, shower was meant to be accessible but just leaked all over the floor because the curtain wasn’t long enough.

We enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the warm cookies upon our arrival. They even had a peanut free option for our son with a peanut allergy. It was quiet. I did pay for the breakfast package, which was mediocre. We stay in hotels often, where breakfast is included, and this breakfast was not great. It lacked food options, especially for those looking for healthier choices. It was not worth what we paid for it.

Our room smelled like cat urine. We got there late. I asked about an early shuttle on the phone and the girl said we would take care of that when I checked in. There was no early complimentary shuttle. I had to pay $30 for one. I would have stayed somewhere else. Really, the room smelled so bad(the bed too) I couldn’t sleep. They gave us lovely warm cookies when we got there.. one plus:)

Comfortable hotel for a stay close to LAX. However, the room was not nearly as clean or well provisioned as it should have been. The bathroom still had hair in the sink from the previous guest. We had one coffee cup only in the entire room. No other cups or glasses anywhere.
The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning great.
