DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles - Rosemead

Just a great place to stay. Nice restuarant, nice bar area, easy access, roomy, great people. Would definitely stay here again.

Billy and Madison at the front desk were very helpful and sweet. Irma from housekeeping is a very hard worker and took care of our complaint immediately. Hotel is a bit dated and can tell guests have not taken care of it. But the room was spacious and the bathroom felt big with lots of countertop space. This and the staff made me our stay worth it.

We had to keep asking for towels and wash clothes. We only got 1 at a time. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner bottles empty. Feels like they weren't prepared to have someone stay in the room.

There were cob webs on the recessed lights and spiders hanging off.....it didn't look like anyone dusted those lights. The outdoor parking area was quite far from the actual hotel rooms, so I didn't feel very safe walking from my car to the hotel. Overall, I just didn't feel very comfortable.

Convenient, right off the freeway.

I booked an accessible room. I asked for a ground floor room, close to the front desk with a bathtub. They gave me a room on the 4th floor that was literally the very last room through many corridors that ended up in a completely different wing from where I checked in. Terrible!

The stay was just okay. If your looking for a place to stay and no one bother you then come here. My only complaint was the dinner at the hotel restaurant the gentle man was too busy flirting with the lady at the bar instead of taking orders or refilling drinks.

Staff is amazing as well as general manager Marcelo, will be staying here every time I come back to Rosemead

This property was in a much better area than I thought it was going to be. Despite it being close to a freeway and across the street from a large mall it was very quiet and very green. Traffic was minimal around the property and I took a long walk around the area and it felt safe.

#1 most important thing to know is I saw a cockroach. This is not a nice, clean hotel. It looks OK when you walk in the lobby, but the first room they gave me smelled badly. The smell was chemical spray smell. I asked for a new room, and they gave me one. The girl at the desk mentioned the room needed to be sprayed again to her co-worker. I said the spray smell is the bad smell. The new room was a little less smelly, but I opened the window. The window screen was popped out. There were a lot of scuff marks and wear and tear on the room. The floor was not vacuumed. The soda machine took $7.50 from my credit card, and no soda came out. I went to the desk to talk w them about it. The guy in front of me in line was complaining about the toilet in his room running nonstop. He was super upset. The shlubby-looking desk guy was not willing to give the guy any concessions. I did get my problem resolved with the soda machine. They gave me two Cokes amd the girl who helped me was nice. I wouldn't recommend this hotel though or stay in it ever again.

Poor condition with the building needs major maintenance safety rails for handicap were loose in the elevator and restrooms

The new and improvement workout room is excellent. This was the highlight of my stay!

It was in a good location near a shopping center.

The free parking benefit comes with a price. Had trouble finding parking in the evening coming back from dinner. Overall great experience.

The property was located around shopping and food. I really felt safe and the freeway was right next to hotel.

This was a horrible experience. I reserved the hotel to be closer to my sister's funeral services. I traveled over 150 miles one way to attend my sister's funeral. I booked a 2 bed room, and upon arrived was told they only had a king bed room but I had been upgrade to a suite as the hotel was also housing victims of the Eaton Fire. I specifically indicated my reservation was for a 2 bed room, of which none were available. The suite room was disgusting, dingy and dark! The sofa bed was filthy dirty with stains everywhere. I can't imagine anyone wanting to sleep on it. The carpet had patches from where it had been cut and repaired, but the patches were raised some and posed a trip hazard, drapes were torn, yuck! We asked for a rollway bed to use as a second bed and it was lumpy and heavily stained with dried "red" stains on the side, it was gross and can't believe health department would allow this. The restaurant waitress was wonderful, the front desk did not offer any compensation for the terrible stay and just shrugged and thanked me for staying there. For a Hilton property, it's clear this property does not stand behind its brand. I did not sleep well nor did my sister. Funeral day was long and exhausting. Do not recommend until they upgrade it. Lobby is very nice, but rooms leave much to be desired.
