It was exactly what I wanted at a good price.

The woman who checked me in was very nice. I wasn’t bother during my time there. Overall, it was a cheaper place and I felt like I got what I paid for. The location is a plus.

Think twice. Then think again. Then don’t book. We chose this place because it was near where we needed to be. Seemed like a convenient option. Spoiler alert: It wasn’t. Not even close. We pulled up to find a guy passed out in his car, people wandering around sipping beers like it was Mardi Gras—but without the fun. I turned to my wife and said, “We might’ve made a mistake.” Understatement of the year. I walked into the lobby and was immediately greeted by a wall of weed so thick I could practically taste it. (My wife later asked why I came back smelling like I had just hotboxed with Snoop Dogg.) There’s no front desk staff—you have to call someone using the lobby phone. At 5 PM, the attendant finally shuffled in looking like we’d just woken her from a nap in another dimension. I asked to cancel. She told me to call Expedia. Fine. Expedia said they were happy to refund—if the hotel agreed. I even offered the hotel $200 in cash to let us cancel. Nope. They still refused. So here I am writing this instead of relaxing. You’re welcome. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. Unless you’re into the whole “sketchy-motel-core” aesthetic, complete with a contact high and a free side of regret. This place is not safe. Drugs, weird vibes, and zero customer service. Hard pass.

Your pictures completely misrepresent this place. The hallways are dim and smelled of weed. The window on the first floor room I had was barred with a wooden stick. While the staff was very friendly, we could not stay in this dingy place. We decided to just eat the non-refundable charge for our stay (about $500 between our two rooms) and stay elsewhere.

Right across the street from Central Park shopping . Front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. Room was nice and clean. Will visit again.

I was given the keys to an occupied room. I didn’t feel safe after.

The room could have used alittle more light in the front area of it so could see self in that mirror next to the dresser. Other than that it was good enough for 1 night. Staff was very friendly. There were more than enough towels too ! I left my pjs there but oh well.

The gentleman working in the evening to check us in was really nice. Once we got to the room on the first floor we were able to order Uber delivery which was very convenient. Around 10/11pm the people above us on the second floor sounded like they were having a party, and the floor was incredibly squeaky and we could hear right through. The desk said they would handle it, but unfortunately nothing changed and that went on until about 1am, then stopped and picked up again at 6am. Overall the stay was fine for a 1 night stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, we were just kept up by others in the room above us.

Liked the room and the desk. The view from the window is to a back lot of some business. But overall very good.

The rooms are decent, and affordable. The staff were all friendly and made you feel welcome.

Hallways and room smelt like marijuana and cigarettes. I had a non smoking room. Room not stocked with coffee or creamers. No plastic ware on site. Sheets had cigarette burns in them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The bath was sooooo dirty!!! Grooss

We got here an our room was dirty. The beds had crumbs and hairs. Disgusting. Was moved to a different room. Had 3 bites since we got here but looked everywhere and didn't see any bugs. Smells. If i wasn't on a tight budget i wouldn't have looked for a cheaper place. They say u get what you pay for but this is just Disgusting and ridiculous 😒

Black Mold everywhere I have a mold allergy so found it difficult to breathe most of my stay, so I stayed out a lot. Sheets had stains and the toilet would run all night. Staff was meh could’ve been better. Cheap rate last minute stay but would pay more for a better experience.
