We stayed here for a week my suite was absolutely gorgeous and spacious overlooking the ocean. Very clean, housekeepers were very friendly and helpful and so was front desk staff. Will definitely stay here again 🙂

Picked this place for the kitchen, location & heated pool and that was the best decision ever!
The building is a bit outdated but overall service tops that.
Grocery & liquor store is just infront of the hotel.
Friendly staff & quiet hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is aged and I understand the where there is water there are bugs, smells and moisture damage. But roaches, rusty refrigerator, and a room that smells like a mens restroom is not what I expected. Our room did not have any wash clothes so I had to ask for them. Other members of our group in different rooms found mold and mildew as well as insects. The breakfast was dry foods only, i expected a little more for the price. Needless to say I will not stay at this hotel again.

The doors would not lock properly when leaving the room very unsafe for us. Had to put a chair behind door when sleeping. Mold was present behind bathroom floor. Sheets were beige instead of white, not really clean.

Big Roach infected every where the room by the elevator and hallway.. For the price I expected real breakfast not cereal,bagels, coffee and tea. The bathroom in the lobby were never open even though the pool is open. No towels for the pool. the room doors hard to open just absolutely mess of a hotel never again

The room was nice overall. There was no housekeeping during stay. So we had to go to front desk to fetch our own towels. The pools were nice but there were no bathroom for the pools. So imagine where most the people peed.

We booked this hotel for two nights, but it was so bad we left after just one. When we walked into the room, a roach was there to greet us. The bathroom had chipped paint peeling from the ceiling, rusted fixtures, and an overall dirty feel.
Woke up the next morning to the overwhelming smell of marijuana coming into our room—it hit you right in the face. Completely unacceptable, especially if you're traveling with family.
The outside of the hotel had waterbugs crawling around, which added to how unclean everything felt. They advertise a “continental breakfast,” but it was literally just cereal and milk.
When we asked for a refund for the second night, the staff didn’t even ask why or how our stay was—they just processed it like they’ve heard it all before. That says a lot.
Do yourself a favor and skip this place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Not the room pictured. The bathroom was the worse, busted shower tile, curtain to short, water flooded the floor with every shower. Pretty sure it was mold all around the baseboards, gross. Due to everything being booked that weekend, I have never stayed in a place so BAD. Everything else, in the room was rusted or just wore out.
