Every thing was perfect. The only slightly negative was when we were checking in we asked where The Empire Room was and the front office person said he had never heard of it. When we decided to go check out the surrounding area it was right next door.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet! The bed was great and I slept well for my one night stay. Love that this hotel is pet friendly! The coffee could be better but overall we enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend!

Room was freezing and the thermostat didn't adjust the temperature. Chair looked disgusting. Carpet had a noticable stain at the foot of the bed.

Very clean, plenty of seating areas to sit and visit in lobby area, close to places to eat, close to downtown area, walking distance to Jazz on the Green concert on Thursday.
The room was very comfortable, loved the kitchenette. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs for room and bathroom supplies as needed like extra towels.

Our room did not appear cleaned prior to arrival and was very dirty. We asked for a change in rooms and the attendant was very friendly in helping us out. Our second room was much cleaner but still had a strong, off smell.

The breakfast was an Amazing spread. Well done. Great location, could walk to dinner. Everything else was average or didnt work well. The ATM was broke, the aTV only worked if you put your own account info in, the parking garage was confusing on how NOT to pay hourly if you are coming and going all day and was down the next day,we stayed 2 nights and 1 bed of 2 was made but no refills of the coffee in the room. The room was clean but old.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. However I am still waiting on my $50 deposit to be returned to my account. I do not like how long that takes to be returned. The room was okay. Would have been better without the giant desk in the middle of it. Other than that the room was clean and well maintained.

What a great property! Atmosphere as you walk in and the lobby itself makes you feel welcome, are clean and tastefully decorated. Our room had a “kitchen” that was tucked into an alcove so that you didn’t feel as though you were sleeping in the kitchen! A comfortable sofa/table to sit on/at, large shower and bathroom with guest toiletries and a bed with lovely linens and pillows! Downtown entertainment district is less than 2 miles away with restaurants and other Omaha favorites! Would definitely recommend!
