We had an amazing time ! Antonio and a blond lady that was there around 2pm on Monday were very kind , pleasant, they greeted us with a smile and explained the details patiently . I work in hospitality and we normally say hello , thank you for your stay, was everything ok with your room ect , we did not get that from the younger employees , just a : you’ll get an email from us for the check out lol.
Antonio always checking if everything was ok with us , the jacuzzi was fixed and made our daughter’s day .
The breakfast was amazing , so many options and they make it right there .
They also give you two complimentary drinks around 5 to 6:30pm everyday and basic snacks. The bartender was pleasant as well. We will go back !!!! Thank you for everything

The food in the restaurant is terrific and the portions are generous. The dining area is clean but totally lacking in ambiance. Still, I ate there twice and was vary happy with the food and the service.
Coconut Point mall is a 12-minute drive and it’s beautiful. Plenty to see and lots of restaurants including Cheesecake Factory.

Very comfortable and upper scale. Love the reception. Hair dryer was nasty, and the second one stopped working. Also the shower bottles of shampoo and conditioner were empty.

We paid extra for a room with a pool view. When we got to our room it had a view of the roof one story below us with vents etc. When we went back to the lobby the woman host told us she would give us a room on the next floor so we could look over the roof down onto the pool. We told her that we wanted to look directly down onto the pool as the room pictures showed when we booked. She move us to another room looking directly down on the pool. Our previous room WAS on the other side of the building with no possibility of ever seeing the pool.

The room was amazing, we just wish the room had a small fan to move the air around. It was a little hot in the room And we were not able to lower the temperature in the room but it was a excellent room and breakfast was great. We will be back soon

I love it. A swimming pool is nice, tiles on deck is broken, hot tub is working as well, water temperature is hot, pool's water temperature is warm and nice. My room is very good and nice. A breakfast is very good, they made a fresh and hot omelet A maid is friendly, and clean my room. Two Thumb Up....
