Embassy Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach Resort

It was amazing eventhought it was cold for FL I had a great time and all the staff are amazing from morning and nights. love it, will definitely used the Suite again.

We absolutely love this hotel and will be returning soon.the staff was amazing.the only complaint was our room was cold.the next day it finally warm up..our room was on the first floor but we had to walk way around to get to our room my knee didn’t like that..But other than that.it was and amazing experience.you have everything you need at this hotel.if you stay here you will be happy

The property was nicely located. However we were there three nights and never received housekeeping. I even requested extra towels and conditioner since it was empty, but no one came. Also ran out of toilet paper. Breakfast was great. The employees were very friendly. Just disappointed in the cleanliness or lack of attention.

Very clean and walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shopping

We stayed at this hotel with my family for 3 nights. Nadia, who made omelets in the morning, was really sweet and kind and always listened to our nonsense patiently. But I had a problem with the parking. I don't think $23 a night for a valet was worth it. We didn't leave the car at the hotel and still paid $23 a night for parking. And if you need a lot of oxygen, don't choose the first floor to stay because there are no windows that can be opened to the outside.

Great location, hotel is clean and close to the pier. Hotel is pet friendly, hot breakfast and happy hour were nice. Rooms are clean and ac works nice.

It was very relaxing and quiet

We waited 20 minutes for a cart and when we asked for a bigger cart because we are a family of 6 and they was holdong one at another vehicle when no one was occupying the vehicle for at least 10 minutes and one was at the front door and they ignored us and gave it to someone else who was there after us right after we mentioned it being at the door unused!

This is a lovely property with excellent staff. Peta gave us excellent service checking us in and went out of her way making sure that we were satisfied. There are many fabulous amenities, such as free drinks at happy hour and several fire pits. I felt well taken care of. My only complaints are the “gulf view” rooms are not completely gulf views. Some of them are gulf view if you can only see a corner of the gulf. Fortunately, Peta changed our room to one that had a lovely view over the pool. The gulf is across the street. The self serve breakfast was actually terrible (did not try the maid to order omelets). Eggs, bacon, sausage, and hash browns were all terrible. Only ate there once. Valet parking was not optional as advertised and cost $23.78 per day whether you leave or not.

I had a wonderful experience here. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and polite. The view from my room was amazing. This is an excellent place to stay!
