It was very convenient for everywhere i wanted to go. The staff was very friendly. The food choices were excellent. The rooms were very clean. This is where i will be staying whenever im in town.

It was amazing eventhought it was cold for FL I had a great time and all the staff are amazing from morning and nights. love it, will definitely used the Suite again.

Nice property, great breakfast, happy hour had snack and a couple premade drinks or Budweiser products. Kids could have options of juice or pop.
The military flew extremely loud planes over and the hotel is next to a helicopter fun ride so that constantly going over. Sat was tons and tons of teenage kids so sleeping was hard! But overall great staff and hotel.

Short stay for the weekend. Really enjoyed the fight at the bar between two old guys. I'm not a fan of having to pay for parking. This is not an issue with the Hyatt that is less than a 1/4 mile east and DIRECTLY located on the beach.

We absolutely love this hotel and will be returning soon.the staff was amazing.the only complaint was our room was cold.the next day it finally warm up..our room was on the first floor but we had to walk way around to get to our room my knee didn’t like that..But other than that.it was and amazing experience.you have everything you need at this hotel.if you stay here you will be happy

The property was nicely located. However we were there three nights and never received housekeeping. I even requested extra towels and conditioner since it was empty, but no one came. Also ran out of toilet paper. Breakfast was great. The employees were very friendly. Just disappointed in the cleanliness or lack of attention.

We stayed at this hotel with my family for 3 nights. Nadia, who made omelets in the morning, was really sweet and kind and always listened to our nonsense patiently. But I had a problem with the parking. I don't think $23 a night for a valet was worth it. We didn't leave the car at the hotel and still paid $23 a night for parking. And if you need a lot of oxygen, don't choose the first floor to stay because there are no windows that can be opened to the outside.

We waited 20 minutes for a cart and when we asked for a bigger cart because we are a family of 6 and they was holdong one at another vehicle when no one was occupying the vehicle for at least 10 minutes and one was at the front door and they ignored us and gave it to someone else who was there after us right after we mentioned it being at the door unused!
