The hotel itself was great, there were some dirty areas the carpets could be cleaned or replaced. Otherwise, great stay!

We loved this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The pool is so nice. The rules weren’t too strict so we felt like we could relax and enjoy our vacation. We will definitely be staying again!

This is a new hotel with beautiful rooms and a nice pool that always has shade. The location is excellent—just steps from the beach and pier, with plenty of stores nearby. Breakfast is included, but it could be improved. The omelets are delicious, but there’s always a line, and everything else is not as good. If you come after 9am, expect to wait at least 20 minutes for the buffet or 15 minutes for an omelet. Room service needs better management. After skipping a few days of housekeeping, we requested our room be cleaned, left for several hours, and returned to find it still undone. Only after a second request it was cleaned. Housekeeping staff are often in the hallways playing loud music and talking on the phone, which can be disruptive. On the positive side, you receive a crib for your baby and towels for the pool. Parking is $20 a day. The hotel’s prime location, amenities, and access to everything nearby make it convenient, but a few improvements in service and breakfast quality would make it even better.
