Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle-Tacoma Intl Airport

You know it’s going to be a bad stay when the lobby furniture is filthy and distressed. I can’t believe ES allows their logo on this place. The pillows were chunky and so uncomfortable. There are plenty of other hotel options close to the airport, don’t stay here.

This was a two night stay, the staff was friendly and helpful since we were taking a cruise and the accommodations were very nice, no issues and they offer free breakfast in the morning and shuttle to and from the airport.

Over priced for parking and not originally disclosed in booking

In dire need of updating, as furniture is torn and worn out. Beds are too high and soft & pillows are not supportive.

I didn't like that the shuttle to the airport wasn't free and that half of the time there was no driver.

The online booking was terrible. It would not allow me to modify once I realized it was wrong so I called the hotel directly. They indicated not to worry once there I could fix the issue and they said they would keep us in the room we booked on the first day and not move our room on the 2nd. When we arrived they said they could not do that. So we moved rooms on the 2nd day. I also told them the departure date was wrong. We left on Saturday and I specifically called to tell the desk we were checking out. We left and that night the hotel called me to ask if we were still in the room as our check out was Sunday!!!! It was a cluster the entire time. And, to add insult the rooms were poorly stocked with minimal supplies.

Great place to stay

We stayed five nights and it was great, the pool, yard games, bbq and everything. It was a good experience and an excellent stay

Hotel staff was very friendly.

Nice hotel. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Close to airport and 20 minutes from Seattle. Not sure why you have to pay to park here but everything else was good. Pool was closed with some sort of an issue but everything else was fine.

Great vibe

Lobby area is extremely dilapidated, furniture torn and worn out. Rate may be good but extra charge for parking and airport shuttle were not expected. Stayed in a two bed suite. Beds were so high I couldn’t climb onto them and had to sleep on pullout signed. no vent in bathroom to defog mirror. Only plus for this hotel is excellent breakfast buffet.

traswh overflolwing infront of the lobby, leaks in hotel room, no one picks up the phone if you call down to the lobby, laundry machiens dont work. sofa sleeper was broken. kithcen closes when the staff wants to close the kitchen thye dont follow their hours. overall worst experience i have had with embassy suites.

Close to the airport and mall

This hotel was good but outdated, everything needed a facelift, it was clean but old. Staff was friendly and manager was really nice. Breakfast was the highlight it was delicious.
