Booked a handicap room. Upon arrival informed that all rooms were taken. Difficult stay with my mother in a wheel chair.

First, I would like to say the staff are friendly and courteous and were not my reasons for rating so low. The hotel need renovation/ update desperately! Windows in room were filthy, one bed sheet was white while the other was dingy yellow. There was no shower curtain. My daughter had to go down to the desk because no one answers the phone, They gave her a new bed sheet and a shower curtain to put up herself. The breakfast is not really breakfast and just snacks so don't bother. overall, I think management needs to rethink what they want the hotel to be, flop house or actual comfortable and clean place to stay when visiting New Mexico. Again, I don't believe it is the staff that has a say in how they help guests but if not, management needs to do something. Obviously will not be going back and give fair warning to those that do book this hotel.

It was a bed and a shower for the couple nights we needed it. Breakfast was a muffin in a bag. Our AC wouldn’t turn off so it was very cold. We switched rooms and they had us pay $15 more. My go to is the Holiday Inn. Worth the extra few bucks. For me, that’s what I’ll stick with.

This is not a bad place to stay for the price. But, with that being said, you must make sure you get a room on the side of the hotel away from the highway! The noise at night was awful! Lots of racing cars and motorcycles...loud trucks etc and the windows do nothing to diminish the sound. Also, the building seems to be very warm - lot's of solar gain I guess (we were there in April and it was hot) and the air conditioner had to stay on all night to be able to sleep - and it sounded like a B-52 taking off when it cycled on. Another loud noise to keep you awake. The room and property was clean and neat and the towels and sheets were good quality and clean. Some sketchy people in the area so would not want to be on the first floor... I would consider staying at this property again but only if it was on the western side away from the road. Also, they only have one elevator, so some rooms are a looong walk with your luggage...

When I checked in, hotel staff was rude. iPad on counter top to sign didn’t work at the time of when my signature was needed. I told hotel staff it wasn’t working and his response was “why not, it’s been working all day”. Other hotel guests saw the wasn’t tablet wasn’t working and agreed with me in fromt of hotel staff. He did something on his end and tablet worked after he did what he did. When I got into my room, there was hair and pubic hair all over in the tub/shower. Hotel staff had to come and clean it out. Also bed frames were not stable and felt like it was going to fall apart.

no pool as advertised. the continental breakfast was nothing of such. we didn't have towels in our room. when we asked the front desk, he stated policy about we bring the towels and exchange them. When he said to give him 45 minutes it was to late, so I found a store that had towels.

When we arrived they did not have a room for us. There was someone in the room assigned to us. Once the person was removed we were given a dirty room. Hair in the shower, dog food on the floor. We asked for fresh bedding and changed the sheets ourselves. They were to clean the room the next day and did not do a good job. Hair was still in the shower and dog food still in the floor.
