This has been the worst experience of my life. I had to request dirty towels because housekeeping only comes once every two week I was told. And I had to bring my own dirty towels down to the lobby in order to get new ones and I couldn’t have any extras. The windows and trim were covered in mold and lots of it! What was left of the kitchen was covered in cockroaches and mold and most of the counter was peeling off! The bathroom was covered in burn marks and came stocked with dirty stained towels! There was hair in the towels and on the bedsheets!

It was pretty nice but there wasn’t a single trash can in my room or bathroom and the hair dryer did not work. But it did what I needed.

It is sad, I have frequented many Extended Stay Hotels over the years while working in corporate America. It was disconcerting to have such an experience at the facilities in Rockville Maryland. We rented over seven rooms (all were smoke free reservations), but either the smell of cigarettes overwhelmed the hallways and the rooms or the hallways had an awful smell to walk through. The towels and shower curtains were worn and stained, the show tubs were stained and had mildew water leaked on the floor.
I only send this review because I wanted to continue using your facilities, but under these conditions I can't bring our groups to such poor environments.
The staff however were friendly, polite, and courteous.

There was excessive noise from the room next door. Loud music. The complimentary breakfast was sub par. And we were called about some cards being left in the room, and they refused to mail them to us! Very unaccommodating!

This hotel is perfect except for two issues. Sometimes you can't find a front desk person to check you in. The shower curtains are too short, when you shower ths floor will be flooded

We are still awaiting a refund of the money we paid for the room. The room had black mould in it. We refused to stay in the room (only one left with our bed setup). The corridors and lobby smelled. We went to a hotel round the corner and stayed there instead.
