Fairfield Inn & Suites Victoria

They did not have my reservation from Expedia. I had my email with confirmation and number. I had to book two single rooms. I received an email from the hotel asking me about my stay. So, where was my reservation?

The Bathroom toilet was soiled. The beds were too soft.

Property was clean and front foyer smelt good. Could tell right away that the facility was old upon walking into front door, but again it was very clean. Elevator had some issues and was operating very slowly. However, manager did have a sign posted that they were aware of the issue and a tech has been contacted. Room was clean. However, upon going to bed we were unable to close the curtain due to some of the curtain was missing. Therefore, a bright light shine in the room all night preventing sleep. Then there was a drawer on the dresser that refused to stay closed so we kept running into it when walking thru the room. The stay was short and served it's purpose but Management needs to look into doing some upgrades. Breakfast was done well and served timely.

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Great customer service. Only issue we had was elevator door poened very slow, but closed fast but was a little troubling. Sign was available assuring elevator was ok amd will be maintenanced Beds were comfortablentoo and restrooms were clean.

The employees were very nice, but the bed was terrible. It felt like about a 30-year-old mattress. I didn’t sleep much at all. The lotion in the bathroom was half used. The towels were crispy. They were not soft at all and there were bugs on the floor, so it apparently had not been swept or mopped

Ac was not working properly and tv not working

I stood at the Fairfield inn & suites in Victoria, Texas and I can say that it was a great stay. I will say aside from my one drawer that I opened one day and wouldn’t stay close was annoying but I found a way to temporarily fix it, my stay was nice the staff cleaned well, breakfast wasn’t the greatest but it was still nice, and you have the mall on one side of the hotel and a small shopping center on the other side and a couple convenient stores. If I come back I would stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. Just the bad carpet smell in the room was overwhelming. Or maybe the air-conditioning needs cleaning. But the people were awesome.

I would stay again.

Not clean

The property was unkept drawers would not close and coffee pot didn’t work , toliet paper not stocked fridge was unkept and didn’t work correctly due to ice build up soaps were not stocked.. was told to use paper to close drawer’s ended up being given tape when asked to rectify the situation was told I can check out 30 minutes later … one thing that was good was the clerk on duty that night who tried her hardest to help calling management to fix issues unfortunately her hands were tied and had to do what was told

Location was great. However, there was a smell to the entire hotel. After booking a 2 queen room in advance, we were told they only had a queen for us. After complaining, they magically had the room we booked available.

These beds had worms. changed rooms three times grossss

Beds were really firm. Room was clean but needed maintenance. The soap rack in the shower had holes between it and the tile, the trim of the wooden furniture would pop off. Carpet was sticky. Breakfast was ok. Two different kinds of eggs, beans and chorizo was the buffet part. Then of course the staples waffles, muffins, ceral ect.
