Finally a hip hotel in the Hi-Dez. All the obligatory features: polished cement floors, strange wall mounted clothes hangers, great art. Lobby was cool, with more art, fun but spendy merch, good coffee (but not free). Firepit and pool.

Fantastic for the price! Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and responsive. The common areas were nice and the wifi was fast. It wasn't too far from Joshua Tree National Park . I would definitely stay here again!

This stay was a little off. The room is very clean but barren and not exactly welcoming. Bought a bottle of wine and there were no drinking cups in room or bathroom - so we had to postpone our beverage until the next evening. No coffee pot in room. They have coffee available in lobby to purchase. We knew there was no breakfast, but was surprised at no free coffee in lobby.

Received a map to get room
Ot was wrong , had to go back to reception and they gave me a new one . The key they gave me didn't work, No glasses or towels . Called them towels came 25 minutes later and no glasses, 25 minutes later the glasses came. Drove back and forth 3 times

We spent one night here when visiting Joshua Tree and absolutely loved our stay - so much so we'd have loved to have stayed longer! The room was brand new and immaculately clean, the outdoor seating areas were perfect for a sunset picnic dinner, and the location was great for exploring Joshua Tree. Highly recommend, and would definitely revisit!

Great little place to stay close to Joshua Tree. It’s newly renovated, everything is new and the ambiance is prefect for the environment. Room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Food at the lobby was good, we had a burger and tots. We live locally and will be back!!

Black out blinds needed! Very hard to sleep with lights outside on all night. But otherwise cute hotel and lady at front desk was great. Rooms need phones so we can contact from office. I called on my cell but no one answered. Wanted Fire pit turned on near pool.

Based off the pictures online, I thought Field Station Joshua Tree would be in a bit more secluded area. However, it was raining when we arrived so we didn’t have opportunity to view the stars either way. The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful. The room was very clean, bright, and spacious with unique decor. The room was priced fairly. I would highly recommend Field Station Joshua Tree.

This appears to be a former motel that was significantly renovated. The concrete floors were great, more places should do this. The beds were extremely comfortable and there's plenty of room for all of your stuff. Check in and check out was a breeze. Only areas for improvement are hot water was not very hot and didn't last long and you can hear just about everything around you, including when neighbors get their freak on at night.
